It functions as a fractional cyber insurance team embedded inside an MSP's client base. UKON maps the MSP's security stack to posture tiers, collects existing policies, joins client consultations, and places coverage across 50-plus carriers.

Does Tech E&O cover an MSP when a client gets breached?

Not fully. Technology Errors and Omissions covers the MSP's own professional liability, but it does not cover the client's loss, and an uninsured client who suffers a breach often turns to the MSP to recover. UKON reviews an MSP's Tech E&O coverage at no cost before any client work begins.

Is an MSP liable when a client has no cyber insurance?

Often, yes. When a breach hits a client with no coverage, the MSP that built and managed the security stack becomes the most visible party with insurance behind it.
